The U.S. Department of Patents & Trademarks has issued Design Patent # D657,002 S (on April 3, 2012) to Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. (Carmel, CA.) for its new “Big Barrel” E-Z Safety Seal® Balloon Valve.

Jules Pollack, the company’s President and Founder, is the inventor of the “Big Barrel” Valve that makes it possible for just about anybody to inflate, seal and string a helium filled balloon in seconds.
