Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. celebrates its 40th Anniversary! 

Since the business was first founded (by Jules Pollack) in 1973, the company has grown to become an award-winning, leading world-wide manufacturer and wholesaler of balloons, balloon accessories, and party supplies. 

In the 1970's, Jules Pollack developed the company's first product - the E-Z Safety Seal Valve (used to quickly and easily seal helium-filled latex balloons). This innovative self-sealing balloon valve (used in conjunction with latex balloons) continues to be used by leading restaurant and realty chains around the world. To inflate E-Z Safety Seal Valved Balloons, Suzy Goodman-Pollack (Product Designer / Inventor) designed and created Balloon Inflating Characters in the likeness of nationally-recognized, trademarked characters.  

In the 1980's, Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. expanded it's line by producing other top quality balloon accessories (including E-Z Balloon Discs, E-Z Balloon Ties, and E-Z Balloon Cups 'n Sticks), to make people's lives easier. 

In the 1990's, California Law stipulated that helium-filled balloons must be tethered. In response, Creative Balloons Mfg. Inc. produced it's renowned Happy Weight (balloon weight) line; including a range of vibrant colors, shapes, and sizes. 

In the Millennium, Suzy Goodman-Pollack designed and produced the company's unique and patented Happy Clip, Bubble Weight, Cube Weight, and LogoWeight (used for advertising and promotional purposes); and Jules Pollack introduced a new version of the E-Z Safety Seal Valve called the "Big Barrel" E-Z Safety Seal Valve. This design-patented balloon valve works in conjunction with nearly all helium balloon inflators.

US Dept. of Patents and Trademarks Grants Creative Balloons® Patent For New and Unique Bubble Weight®

U.S. Patent D634,792 has been granted to Suzy Goodman-Pollack, Inventor of the Bubble Weight®, that she has assigned to Creative Balloons Mfg. of Carmel, California. Patent was issued March 22, 2011.

Suzy Goodman-Pollack (Executive Vice President & Chief Product Designer of Creative Balloons Mfg.) states, “For a product designer, issuance of a patent on a new item being marketed internationally is commensurate with a Golden Globe award being provided to an actor.
