Happy Clip® (balloon clip and weight) is now being offered in fashionable Lime Green, Bright Orange, Hot Pink, and Turquoise Blue, available in the Trendy Neon Assortment. Each 9 Gram Happy Clip® tethers 1 – 18″ Foil Balloon or 2 – 11″ Latex Balloons filled with helium. Happy Clip® attaches to most surfaces, and functions as a balloon weight and clip.
